Quick, Secure Payment Options

If you have received a billing statement from any Methodist Health System facility, you can pay your bill online at any time using our secure online bill pay portal. Features and services include:

Make a payment by credit card
View your account balance and statement
Schedule payments or set up a payment plan
Set up payment notifications

Quick Pay payments can be made without creating an account by referencing your assigned account number (also known as your medical record number, which can be found on a Methodist billing statement) as well as the patient's last name and date of birth.

Returning users can log in to access their account at any time. If you need to create an account, you can sign up using your account number along with the patient's last name, date of birth and email address.

Important Notice Regarding Payment Plans

The Methodist bill pay portal was upgraded in early 2023. As a result, payment plans set up in the previous portal were automatically disenrolled effective for payments scheduled for March 2023 and afterward. If you have questions, please call (402) 354-4230.

Financial Assistance

Methodist Health System (MHS) is a not-for-profit healthcare organization guided by a commitment to its mission and core values through compassionate service. It is both the philosophy and practice of each MHS facility and provider that medically necessary healthcare services are available to patients, and those in emergent medical need, without delay and regardless of their ability to pay.

For those with limited financial resources, MHS has established a financial assistance program to help pay for care.
