Wounds result from a broad range of medical conditions such as diabetes, vascular disorders and various conditions related to immobility.
The chronic, hard to heal wounds that develop from these conditions include venous stasis ulcers, pressure ulcers or bed sores, and diabetic foot or lower extremity ulcers.
