Home Health & Hospice
For more than two decades, Methodist Home Health and Hospice has brought expert, specialized medical care into homes within a 12-county area of eastern Nebraska and southwestern Iowa.
We provide home care services such as hospice, home infusion, home health, which includes rehabilitation and skilled nursing care and Lifeline, a 24-hours personal response system.
We coordinate with the patient’s primary care physician and provide care to patients of all ages, and their families, in a variety of situations, including:
- Before or after a hospital stay
- During difficult pregnancies
- During Injury recovery
- Following an outpatient procedure
- Maintaining independent living
- Terminal illness
