Accredited by the Department of Health and Human Services and the College of American Pathologists, Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital's pathology laboratories are directed by board-certified physicians and staffed by fully-credentialed medical technologists, histologists and phlebotomists.
The Clinical Laboratory is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and provides full service chemistry, hematology, blood bank and microbiology testing. The Anatomic Pathology Laboratory provides tissue and cytology analysis and is open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
