Methodist Physicians Clinic Women's Center provides women's counseling services in a safe, comfortable environment that offers professional support from experienced licensed professional therapists. Our therapists empower women and their families to conquer depression or feelings of low self-esteem, anger, anxiety, or confusion and lead them on the path to recovery.

Meet Our Staff

 | Rachel is interested in women’s mental health and specifically in mood disorders during the pregnancy and postpartum period. She also offers counseling in the areas of grief, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Rachel earned her master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. | |
 | Jennifer Brigden, LMHP, LPC Jennifer is dedicated to improving women’s emotional well-being and mental health. She has a special interest in the areas of infertility, miscarriage and infant loss. She also offers counseling in the areas of depression, anxiety, grief and relationship issues. Jennifer earned her master’s degree from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and her bachelor’s degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University. |
