Whether you are a baby planner or a baby boomer, our Spirit of Women programs offer subjects and events to help you enjoy and improve your health.

 

Join us in a series of fun, educational, FREE seminars.

Girls' Night In

Join us for a showing of the Sex, Brain, Body: Make the Connection, a film from the Discovery Channel which explores the connection between the brain, the body and desire. We will be screening the film twice, followed by a panel discussion with experts from the Methodist Sexual Medicine and Wellness Center.

Spirit Girls' Night Out:

An evening of food, fun, fashion and festivities designed to lift your spirits and celebrate your health.

Join us for this third-annual multi-generational event targeting breast cancer and other leading women’s health issues. Hosted at Embassy Suites – La Vista.

Day of Dance:  
February 26, 2011
