'A fine line of when it turns bad': Methodist doctor discusses Stress Awareness Month

April is National Stress Awareness Month.

Dr. James Ramig, a family medicine physician with Methodist Health System says stress is simply part of the body, but there is a fine line of when stress can turn bad.

Ramig says stress that is not managed in a healthy way can affect your health in multiple ways, including raising your blood pressure, impacting your appetite and your sleep.
