Hyperbaric chamber at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Wound ClinicState-of-the-Art Care

Our highly skilled team of experts uses one of the most advanced treatment options available to help heal your chronic and nonhealing wounds.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT): Available at Methodist Fremont Health Center for Wound Healing and Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital, HBOT involves breathing 100% oxygen while in a pressurized chamber. This increased pressure forces oxygen into the blood and body tissues. Doing this promotes faster wound healing by improving blood flow, vascularization and removal of toxins. When used in conjunction with standard wound care, this advanced treatment significantly improves the healing of chronic wounds.
